QR codes are placed in several places around Gull Lake High School for students to scan with the iphone app RedLaser and access this website and blog.

Advancing in computer science researches

We are working on advanced technology and programming using arduino boards. Learning this will be useful to many seeing as the top two professions today are engineering and computer sciences. These two aspects are the main things our group works on when using this advanced technology.

Mobility Several QR codes are placed in convenient spots around Gull Lake High School for students to easily scan and access this website and our blog. These QR codes are placed at the end of hallways, on the walls near the cafeteria, on bulletin boards next to teachers rooms and in the main office. We also have flyers in the front office and in teachers rooms for students to take a look at to see what our program is about.

The Arduinos Our program is a student started club with the help of several teachers. Our founders are Micah Sage and James Kane. We started this club because there seems to be no advanced technology programs offered by Gull Lake Community Schools. Our ideas for working with this advanced technology is to work with programming several different languages, working with arduino boards, and learning about the anatomy of computers.

Sign up Becoming a member of our program is easy! All you have to do is contact Mr. Lange via email after learning the computer language Java. A link to that website is listed above. Code Academy is a great place to get started on coding which will need to be learned to be apart of this programming. Come see or cantact via email either Mr. Lange, Micah Sage,  James Kane, Leo Cooper, or Andrew Piereson. The emails of each are listed below.
